Language Courses

The funding for the Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Languages Program (UISFL) has provided the opportunity for MSUB students who are interested in East Asian languages and culture to take introductory languages courses.

UISFL Program

Students interested in the UISFL program must take two semesters of language courses in accordance to their desired desination. Students enrolled in East Asian language courses are encouraged to apply for the scholarship. 

  • Language instruction through MSUB
    • Online Sycronous classes for students enrolled at Yellowstone Consortium institutions
    • Free language textbooks or reimbursement upon receipt of purchase
  • $2,000 scholarship for an academic year abroad in East Asia
  • $150 Study Abroad Application Waiver
