At 麻豆官网首页入口免费, the mission of the the Payroll office is to provide timely and accurate payroll services in a professional manner while maintaining compliance with all campus and Montana Board of Regents policies and guidelines, collective bargaining agreements, and state and federal laws.
The Payroll Office processes payroll for all Montana State Billings employees. University payroll is on a biweekly pay schedule as follows:
- Pay periods are two weeks in length and extend from Saturday to Friday.
- Payday is on alternate Wednesdays, 12 days after the end of the pay period.
- When payday falls on a holiday, pay distribution will occur on the day before.
- Employees may elect to receive their pay via a paper check or direct deposit.

2025 Montana Minimum Wage Increase
The Montana minimum wage will increase from $10.30 per hour to $10.55 per hour beginning January 1, 2025.
W-2 Forms
The 2024 W-2 forms are now available online and can be viewed in your area! W-2 forms will be mailed to your home address unless you gave prior consent to receive the form electronically only. If you are unsure if you consented to online form only, further information on electronic W-2 consent can be found through MyInfo under Employee Services, Tax Forms, Electronic W2 Consent.
